3.5" LCD Screen Module, 480x320 LCD Display Module for for MEGA 2560 Board (with Touch Panel)

i got this on time and it work fine touch screen is a preasure sensor looks nice. picture quality is good for the 8bit unit. the examples stated in description were not with this item on arduino IDE you can search tft. install the adafruit libs and MCUFRIEND_KBV for demos.

Besides not including any instructions, brand name, or sample code as specified, the touch screen was not functional. Thanks to other's reviews, I found a site to download the code and libraries. The screen worked as expected but the touch screen capability did not. It did come with a touch pen as expected for a touch screen.

Got this pretty fast and it works well. If you're looking for specs on this just google LCDWIKI 3.5inch Arduino Display-UNO. You'll find libraries and a bunch of demo files to mess around with for the Arduino. Pretty pleased with this.

The product itself is absolutely great. I highly recommend it.But recently 02/2022 thru 04/2022, Some vendors are selling displays that do not have the "Touch Screen" feature. This is NOT a vendor problem, but one caused by the manufacturer. The boxes are marked "Touch Screen", but in some cases they are NOT so. In my picture, notice the small golden flat cable on the right.It should contain 4 traces (lines). If it contains only 2, it is NOT touch screen.

After trying to get this module to work for a couple of weeks, I found on YouTube a vidio by Hacks360 about a similar module "EXTRA Big TFT LCD 480x320 Color Display for Arduino Mega 2560 with Library and Code"The module he used is not now available, but in the comments, I found a reference to this module,3.5" TFT LCD Screen Module, 480x320 TFT LCD Display Module for Arduino for MEGA 2560 Board (with Touch Panel). It seemed to say it works on the arduino UNO board. IT DOES. Immediated after installing the module in a module, the code provided worked with the example "showBMP_kbv_Uno.ino" from MCUFRIEND_kbv library.

I don't know it this works or not. The pinout is different from the other display shields I have. There is no documentation, no link to any site with the documentation. So, I can only give it 1 star.

Not only there were no examples, there was absolutely no information packaged with the item as to how to use it, or even a pin layout (as it has a unique pin labeling). It maybe obvious to the geekiest customers, but some of us just want to use it and have no time and/or intention to go on a wild goose chase for libraries and examples.....
