The Mouse lit up and tried to transmit. However, it was unable to control the cursor. After contacting Amazon support, they offered to refund/replace it. I opted to replace it.The replacement had the same issues. Thinking that it might be the laptop, I tried it on my desktop system with the same results.I ordered a completely different mouse through Amazon and that one worked immediately with no issues.I'm concluding that there was a transceiver mix-up at the factory that affected multiple units.So, I'm afraid I can't recommend this mouse. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Desperate, otherwise would have exchanged *by K***K on Reviewed in the United States on April 21, 2020* I own the right hand version of this mouse, and with all the extra time I am spending working, I needed something I could swap to my left hand, so I ordered this. Three stars are because it works as expected. However, the product I received was used, with a damaged USB charger. I am able to use the the charger from my other mouse and disinfected the mouse to use right away because I really needed it, but I would recommend purchasing elsewhere to others.Edited to add that I have tried to add photos to this review, but it does not seem to be allowed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a LEFT HANDED mouse. Lucky for me, I happen to be one of the many lefties who have spent their lives adapting to a right handed world so I’ll give this a try. By the time I pay to ship it back for a return it won’t be worth trouble so this may be a complete waste of money or it may change my life.
