Not the first purchaser of this particular unit?

Delivery and packing were very good.A pity that the casing of the fan itself had a small crack and the shutters were dirty - so maybe it had been a returned item (or the Vent Axia quality control is very poor!).Nevertheless, it was an almost exact copy of the old VA100XT it replaced - fitting it was relatively straightforward and it appears to be working fine.
