Reading Comprehension Homework Helper, Grade 2

good for a Grade 1 level student. Basic reading comprehension material.

When I saw how small the book itself was and the tiny paragraphs, I was a bit skeptical. But, wow! This little book packs a big punch! There's even some math comprehension in the first story. I especially like that it prepares the student for writing as well and it IS NOT overwhelming. Just perfect for my 2nd grader who reads like the wind but has a bit of trouble with comprehension. I would def recommend for students who need a bit more help in their comprehension or writing skills.

I think this is a great little comprehension book. My only complain is it is a bit on the small side. It is not the size of a regular book, it is scaled down to the size of a reader. It will be easy for him to Misplace it. Looks age appropriate, we purchased this as an add on to his curriculum.

The seller listed this item as "like new", even with a personalized book label stuck on the cover. According to Amazon regulation "like new" is something you could give as a gift. Would you wrap this up and give this as a gift?? Plus, it looks different than the item pictured. I'm not even sure it's the same thing.

I bought the 3rd grade version as well and am pleased with this book. It doesn't just have multiple choice questions but questions that students have to write in their answer. I would recommend this book.

My son enjoyed first of this series but the Item sent was different to item pictured/ advertised. Different author. Had to return. Disappointed that I wasted my time.

Well made, short story easy to understand, low vocabulary challenge. Done in about 1 hour. I suggest 6-7 years first grade reader summer review.
