Using industrially
Bought this in 1/2” for use in oil fields in the Permian. It’s a rough life, but this is the coolest gimmicky tight space ratchet and the mechanism honestly feels like it’ll hold up long term.

Clunky and coarse
Heavy and clunky. The ratchet mechanism feels like junk. The rotating mechanism feels like junk. The direction switch is hard to change. Nothing is good about it except the chrome. I guess I have to keep it as return is not so smooth. My ratchet came in an open bag with zip tie cut that holds it to the display card. So was definitely handled and I can see why they returned it. Now it says I have to pay return shipping and they will pay up to $20. I can see that not happening.
