Fantastic Pumps!
I live in a 1920s-era home in Brazil, Indiana. The property has an exceedingly high water table and I've used these pumps to keep my basement dry (I don't use them for sewage--just my basement sumps). The oldest one I own I installed back in like 2012 or 2013, and it's still working flawlessly. The newer one--of the same model--handles my basement perimeter drain and as I type this, it's kicking on almost every 10 or 15 seconds due to a major rain that we're currently getting (2-3" worth).I can't say enough good stuff about these pumps.Word of advice: Make sure to drill the little 3/16ths weep hole about 2 fingers above the discharge port and do whatever you can to make sure your exit line has long-arch angles to push through for any turns your exit line has to make as it'll reduce noise and vibration. My current pumps push up about 5-6' before leveling and going out of the house. Doing this means the pipe uses the floor joists for suspension before exiting the home. If you do this, don't disregard the amount of noise the pump will reverberate throughout the home because unless you have a special way to suspend the pipe, you'll hear a lot of noise from the pipe and the pump. (Which is perfectly normal, but the solution isn't a new pump but rather, a better installation of the exit line that most people need contractor help to do right.)Overall, these pumps are amazing and well worth their expense.

Very reliable and long lasting.
Expensive and worth it. The original lasted 30 years. The motor wouldn’t start. I didn’t bother to troubleshoot the failure. Previously, the original had one switch replacement, about ten years ago. This new unit is identical to the original. I expect it will last three decades too. I know the photo is nasty looking to some, just appreciate the person that replaces these.

Works quietly
Easy to install as a replacement for worn out 30 year old Zoeller

height
Dimensions said 18.5 inches high. Must be box height even though it wasn't 18 either because product was only 14 inches high. If you want 18, don't order this!

Lasted exactly 10 years
Failed after 10 years. Probably lasted longer than other brands. Tripping the GFCI receptacle and flooded the room where it’s located. It still works when plugged into a standard outlet but obviously there’s current leakage inside the pump and it’s not safe. At first I replaced the GFCI outlet thinking the outlet went bad and the pump worked again for another week and flooded the basement again. Same issue as before. I just purchased another same exact pump and will replace it. The price increased by $120 since. Ugh..

Zoeller Stands Behind Their Warranty
Zoeller sewage pump failed after 9 months in service. Found clear oil floating in the sewage sump when removing the pump suggesting that the pump oil seal had broken. Emailed Zoeller customer service. Response was quick and polite. Took the pump to an authorized warranty repair center for inspection. They confirmed the oil seal problem. Zoeller called back to arranged a replacement shipment. 5 of 5 stars for Zoeller customer service.

Lasted four years
Bought this almost four years ago to the day, and it has failed. This is NOT a fun job, and now I get to do it again. Not a chance I buy this brand again.

Easy Replacement Pump
Great replacement for my sewage pump with a float that was sticking. Turned out to be the exact same one I had, except 27 years younger.
