No it doesn't  this for the regular 3DS

Do these have a soft rubber tip?

I wouldn't call it soft but it's not "scratch the screen" hard

Does this fit the original 2011 3ds non-xl?

It should. I don't know what model we have, as far as the year, but we got it used and it's definitely not an XL, fits that one just right. Now that I think of it, I have an original DS and it seems like this would almost definitely fit that one too.
