I was commercially damaged by Autel deceptive business practices including but not limited to poor advice from tech support, failure to support the product, failure to disclose material facts about "subscription" services and a failure to make the customer whole again after said poor technical support advice severely limited the capabilities of the device down to just two vehicles and it appears that my own and other critical reviews of your product and customer support are being removed from amazon after I provided a very detailed review about my experience, including images, over a year ago back when there were a lot more reviews here.... We got it specifically to gain access into some obscure cars and so far, its been firing on all cylinders. As a bonus it has additional features, mentioned it the product description and it keeps a log of every vehicle you plug it into. Its great for keeping records for a shop and error logs with fixes. I would highly recommend it and i look forward to getting another for commercial vehicles really soon.

This is a piece of junk dont waste your money, owned it for almost a year 72 days away from subscription renewal and it stops reading vehicles, it does not do half of whats advertised, support is hard to reach don't waste your money.
