It is a great weight that has enough sturdiness to the paper to hand, wrinkle free. It doesn't tear when i pull it out for clients to stand/sit/use for photos. It is a great price for the size, quality, and color.

This brand never disappoints

I have used this exact paper numerous times over the same number of years. I always purchase quantity 2 of the 9 ft x 30 ft rolls as I am photographing large groups of dancers. I tape them together in the middle then to the backdrop frame. The entire 18 ft is then raised up...like raising a sail. The result is a backdrop that is 18 ft across and approximately 10 ft vertical that curves in to another 10-15 ft along the floor. One big giant sea of white. The paper remains sturdy over the 2 day event. It is subject to marks and even small tears as 120 dancers walk onto and off of the paper for their photo. The tap dancers are the toughest on it with the steel sole tap shoes. Overall, I will continue to purchase and use this every year. It is disposable and I never assume to re-use it for future events. For small groups or singles, 1 roll could be purchased and cut at the 15 ft mark and used with a backdrop frame. Oh, and NO wrinkles.

I am waiting on replacement stands, so at present I have been doing this a little backwards, and just cutting off the length needed and taping it up and let me tell you it's great! It works very well for small animal photography, I wouldn't recommend taping up with people because it looks a little terrible, ha ha, but for new photographers out there buying in installments or practicing on friends and family, this backdrop is great with or without stands! One dog and multiple cats didn't tear or damage it in anyway, so I am very impressed with the durability thus far. It is paper, so you need to be a little more gentle than you would with vinyl or muslin, but it works very well! Would recommend and buy again!

Excellent paper for general seamless backdrops when doing tabletop photo work. In a pinch, it can double as a projection surface if stretched well on a pair of stands.It is medium-thick and medium-bright, so it resists crinkling and reflects pretty well. When unrolling it, you do have to think about what you are doing as it does want to unspool if not kept in check. Have clamps, tape or moderately heavy objects available to keep the loose end under control while unspooling, or better yet, be two people doing it. I recommend the 4-1/2 inch Heavy Duty Muslin Clamps (pack of 6) as good tools to use with the paper. They are plastic but clamp tightly without needing monstrous effort.Do not buy cheap, light-duty stands for this if you plan on keeping the roll in one piece and unrolling it as backdrop. It weighs enough to merit decent stands.This is excellent paper from a company known for such products. Well worth the money.C. Harding.
