Really Fun to make but not great to taste
I have been doing these candy sets for years with family and friends and I can honestly say they are so fun to do. Its a tradition at this point to make this stupid little candies and I love them so much. I will say they do not taste very good but that's part of the fun for me, trying to eat all the candy even though they don't taste all that good. The texture can also be a little bit wet sometimes lol. Overall, they are very fun to make but not very great to eat. I can't bear to give it anything less than a 5/5 though.

Kinda like the epic fail videos or ‘Nailed It’ show
The box photo is what I was expecting, and that thing in the picture is what I made. The salmon roll didn’t really work. The black candy didn’t work and caviar didn’t work. The egg and the tuna did work, but the rice wasn’t big enough. The other kits were good. They weren’t as big as a fail as this one, but I don’t recommend buying just the sushi one. - Aria (age 8)

A favorite stocking stuffer
I get a pile of these every year for my child. She's a teenager now, but these are the one thing she always asks for. The kits don't take long, and by now she's done all of the different varieties many times, but it doesn't mean she doesn't love them. It's much cheaper to get a lot of them this way than separately, so I get her enough for the year in winter, and she has them whenever she wants. The instructions are clear even if they are in a different language, and the steps are simple enough. Usually the end result is fairly tasty, although definitely full of artificial candy flavors. The more savory kits become a risk when making them, because some are oddly enjoyable, some aren't bad, and some will create taste nightmares. As a rainy day kit, or something for kids to do with grandparents and relatives, these are great, but I might not look at this as a party activity due to the chance of getting packets mixed up or spills.

I’ve been getting these since 9 years old. I love them so much! I’ve made these over 40 times and I never get tired of them. It came with all 8. Thank you!!

Fun but gross
The kits are super fun to put together but don’t plan on eating what you make.

nice variety, a little expensive for what you get.
A nice variety, but a little expensive for what you get. However, worth it for the nicely detailed instructions and fully includes everything you'd need. flavors are good too, for the most part.
