**Q: What is included??**
A: The battery, plug-in wall charger, usb cord, and label printer.  Mine also included a 1-inch perm poly tape, but I'm not sure if that was standard.  The Rhino connect software does have to be downloaded in order to use with a computer.

**Q: Can you make a template with a decorative graphics border on the computer,  save it,  then customize text for the label on the Rhino, disconnected?**

**Q: Ok I’ve had this unit for a about a year now.  I’ve noticed that it only prints well when using black on white tape. Is there a way to fix it?**
A: Hello The pool guy, this is Luke from DYMO Consumer Care. Thank you for contacting us regarding the Rhino 6000.

1. Please increase the Print Contrast of the printer. To do that, go to Settings – Print Options -> Print Contrast (on Rhino 4200) or to Settings -> Print Contrast (Rhino 5200 and 6000). Change the contrast level and confirm it with OK.
2. Please, try increasing the strobe level on the printer. To change the strobe, you should use a combination of keys. (In case of Rhino 4200 please hold down ALT + 8 together and then press the power button), (In case of Rhino 5200 please hold down 8 + power button), (In case of Rhino 6000 please hold down 8 + power button).
3. If none of the above helps, please change the batteries for new and high-quality ones.

**Q: Will this work with the same labels as the 5200? Right now I'm using 3/4" #18489**
A: It will not work. Specs state this labeler can handle from 3/8"-1/2". I have used tape upto 5/8" but 3/4" will not work. 5/8 barely fits to work.
