So I have lost 3 pounds in a week and a half. My mood though omg! Before adding this to my routine I was going through a little of a depressive state. I had no energy, felt very alone, no motivation. It has helps me get focused and I’m not hungry all day. I take one in the morning and one early afternoon. I started challenging myself to eat better and get back on track to be the better me in walking more , ect. I used this in the past and it helps me get back on track when I fall off track. I’m human and go back to my old ways sometimes. So glad I found this product to help me get started on getting back to where I want to be. 🙂

It helps to curve my appetite

I started using this product In April it’s been approximately two months I’m down 21 lbs. I would highly recommend. It does exactly as it’s says it will. Lots of energy and curbs appetite.

I used it for 2 weeks, 2 times a day. One 1st thing in the morning, 2nd one during the afternoon. I didn't see no positive change and i gained 1.5 pounds during this time. I can send you the rest of it back. My weight is cause mostly by menopause and this didn't help me at all.

IT TASTES GREAT, NOT ENOUGH TIME TO SEE IF IT HELPS ME LOOSE WEIGHT YET. I WILL DO A NEW REVIEW IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS.

Tastes good and helps me to drink more water but I'm doubting it's helping any with weight loss.....but as they said, maintain a good diet and get moderate exercise, but wouldn't doing that in itself help to shed weight? I guess I'm too lazy to exercise.
