Is this hat UN-structured? The description says it's unstructured but the picture looks like it's structured.

no it is unstructured...if you were to set the hat down the material would stay up but u can flatten it with ur hand it might pop back up a little though

When I got mine a few years ago, it did. Lately, Amazon is on a “environmental” kick and is packaging their wares in what they call sustainable shipping. I’m sure it’s cheaper to ship, but put a spin on it like you’re trying to save the planet, and voila. I have received hats recently in basically a garbage bag. I’ve been lucky so far they haven’t been damaged.
