Apple iPhone XS, 64GB, Gold (Renewed)

This phone is absolutely perfect with no issues. I still sometimes can’t believe a refurbished phone can be this good and cheap. And it also came with a screen protector as gift, seller is superb. Battery is great and reasonable. No scratch and top notch screen quality

iPhone arrived without a scratch on it and looks brand new, battery health is at 92% which is great. All features including Face ID & Siri work fine. The phone even came with a charger in the box which I wasn’t expecting. For only £137.75 I feel I’ve got a good bargain and a great spare phone. Only gripe is with where my delivery was left but can’t fault the seller for that.

Came with a faulty/not genuine battery as well as back all cracked

The phone is fine worth the money for a refurbished phone but the only thing I can say about it is when I received the phone it was linked to someone else's icloud so I had to reset it lucky enough it didn't ask for a password to the icloud it was linked to but so far no problems ATM

I gave a 4* review after the phone was received. I spent many weeks trying to decide whether the phone was faulty or not. Symptom was varying connection strength to O2 ie 4G to 3G to E in the space of a couple of minutes sometimes - unpredictably. Anyway, to cut a long a long story very short, phone returned to Clover, got it back,seemed marginally better but not right. Asked for refund, no quibbles, phone returned, got refund. Shame really because I liked the Xs, got new Iphone 11 and none of the conn. probs so it wasn't imagined.BUTThe key points are 1) AMAZON 12 mth guarantee is genuine. 2) Clover customer service was very good.Why 5* - because customers need to be communicated with properly, guarantee expectations met. Mobile phones can have invisible shock damage which I believe was the case.

Was worried what I was buying but I thought i would bite the bullet and give it a go. Was very pleased when the phone arrived. Was as described! A+ grade. Not a scratch to be seen. Only down side for me was the battery wear at 90%. Unfortunately I downgraded a bit from the iPhone 12 Pro with 100% battery life so I can feel the difference with this XS at 90% battery wear however it is manageable. I wasn’t one of the lucky customers to receive 99% battery wear however I have excelled with the over all condition of the iPhone. For the price I payed I would say it’s fair. Thank you to the seller and Amazon for this purchase!!

Great condition phone (as new) for the price, but very poor battery. Battery flagged on iPhone as ‘not recognised, not apple battery’. Unable to read battery capacity percentage as a result, but battery exhausted after just 10 hours of use from full charge. Had to go to apple to have battery replace costing an extra £70 - but seller refused to reimburse
