This is a great ruler for sewing or any time you need a ruler. It does not slide, and you can see thew it. It is very durable thick plastic. It is also very legible. I really like this ruler for my sewing. One of my friends recommended it to me.

Rulers are a must if you are cutting fabric for quilting. Precision cutting Is the foundation to great looking quilts, and these quality rulers are just what you need!

Love these rulers from Creative Grids. I have over the years bought various rulers for cutting fabric for making quilts. I have Omnigrid, EZ and other brands but Creative Grids are my favorites. Reason- they have a gripping surface on the under side of the ruler that holds the fabric in place. No slipping and sliding around. For my Omnigrid and EZ's I have bought what is referred to as "ruler and template grips" (can be ordered from Amazon). They are little clear discs that can be applied to the underside of the rulers to prevent slipping. They work but as we all know these rulers are expensive and to simply replace them because we have found something better is not always the best option. So if you are new to buying rulers for quilting and crafts I would say look at these.

I broke down and spent the money for this quilting ruler because I have very long rulers, and various square ruler sizes. This ruler feels wonderful in my hand, and it is perfect for smaller sizes of piecings rather than my 24" rulers hanging over each side of the cutting table which I invariably and continually knock off kilter while trying to line up to cut. Am so looking forward to using this ruler. Tho I truly did not have the funds for this ruler, I am glad to have made the purchase. It feels more relaxing, and I feel that I will be more efficient and exacting.

Of all my rulers, I use this one the most. It’s perfect for cutting or trimming when sewing. Easy to hold, easy to use, accurate, durably made, will last a long time.

Great for cutting 2-1/2” squares! And I like that it doesn’t have a lot of colors. Can see fabric easily through it.

This is a very handy-sized ruler for cutting fabric, and I use it a lot. I'm trading out all of my quilt rulers for Creative Grids rulers. They're easy to read, hold, and they hang on to the fabric better than any other brands or grips I've used. Five stars!

The size is great for smaller projects. The finish around edges on back slide prevent it from shifting while cutting. Measurement markings easy to read.

Creative grids are the best quilting rulers on the market, may be a tad more expensive than some, but are so worth it. They don’t slip, great markings, wide range of sizes and online videos to help .

This ruler is an absolute game-changer. It showed up earlier than expected, and I love how the markings stand out and how the texture on the back keeps it from slipping while I'm cutting. It's quickly become my favorite tool in the sewing room.
