I use this stuff for red velvet cupcakes and I’m ordering my second bottle. It works very well. You do have to use quite a bit to get the desired color but that’s just part of the recipe. The best art is the gel doesn’t add to much liquid which can make your cake batter soggy and not rise properly.

This gel Makes frosting vibrant red color. The Liquid color coloring drops would not make frosting this red. Good buy. This picture was only after I squirted 2 squirts, so I have basically the whole bottle left to use over and over again! Worth it!
