A strange sensation
I have never used a good gaming mousepad. Name a flagship popular pad, I haven't used it. I used to think the material didn't matter, how complex can a slab of cloth be?I stuck with my amazon HAVIT XXL desktop for years. 3 years. I had no idea how worn and bogged down this pad was becauze visually, it looked fine. It was only when I decided to buy this mouse pad did I realise how much these materials can affect your aiming. It's like getting pilot sport 5s for your mouse.I haven't got used to the pad yet, however the sense of speed but also control was apparent. I feel like I can move more freely and accurately.The only downside so far is, on a matte finish cheap desk I needed to wet the base to get it to stick and even though your aim feels smooth, there is a scratchy feedback through my superglides although I have heard this is only a superglide issue (unconfirmed).I can see why these pads are held in high regard and believe it will increase your skill ceiling. It won't make you better instantly, practice with it and you'll see the improvement, especially from a sluggy pad.
