The only annoyance was that the... spout I guess... had a smaller outer diameter than most, so when sticking it into medicine bottles with the hole in the cap, you have to work really quickly to pull in your dosage else it drips onto your hand... but it's a minor annoyance. Might be worse if you work for a vet or something.
