MOLYSLIP 2001E (Engine Oil Supplement)

This is brilliant stuff. Has been around for years now and helps to protect the engine from heavy wear especially in cold weather conditions. My wife’s car has 150,000 miles on the clock and a bottle of this every other oil change has kept it running smoothly and rattle free. People don’t believe me when I tell them what it has done, as sounds like it’s not even done 60k . ***NOTE THIS IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR ANY SERVICE ITEMS*** it just helps with lubrication and reduces friction.

I have used this additive after every oil change. Engine and a gearbox feels smoother and easier to start on cold mornings. Really feel the difference.

I put this in my car engines after every oil change. The active ingredient Molybdenum Disulphide is a lubricant compound that has the property that it chemically bonds to steel, it fits into the intermolecular spaces I am told, and is therefor is a permanent lubricating film on all of the steel components. The only thing this is unsuitable for is WET CLUTCH systems, as most motorcycles are. I have used this in such systems, but only using a quarter of the stated amount. I noticed no clutch slip, but I was always an 'easy' rider. It was certainly easier to kick start, this proved that it reduced engine friction, and it picked up speed a bit quicker too. Car engines are where it is most useful, proof it works is coasting downhill, you get much less engine braking that if it's not there. Less friction means less wear and supposedly better MPG - I've not done the maths to prove or disprove this.

I use this product in my boats engine ( diesel ) and my car VW Polo 6n. They both run smoother and quieter consequently. I also expect the engine life to be much longer due to less wear and tear. I have used this in all my cars since 1983 and it certainly makes a difference. Highly recommended.

250 ml bottles arrived here with top seals not intact. Contents therefore not sealed properly. Disappointing feedback to complaint to Moly who said “ contents should be unaffected” … ?

Very happy with the product, but it is only for 200ml not 1000ml as it states. Not very clear 😕
