Deeeliiciouus!
Lovely! Yummy! Crunchy!Cretan ntakos recipe.Dip briefly Rusks in water. Top with shaved tomato (strained, use only the flesh of the tomato, could use the tomato juice for dipping), top further with feta, olive oil, oregano and black olives.

Perfect
I bought these to make Dakos with. They are delicious and filling. I just dip them in water to rehydrate and then cover with olive oil and toppings. 10/10.

Rusks
Really liked them broken up in Greek salad. A little tough to bite but once they soak up a little of the dressing they are delicious. Wish I knew about these sooner. Hate store bought croutons.

Try Greek food! It’s delicious and healthy!
These are double baked crusty barley rusks, so it’s not the sexiest product in the world, but yes, they were exactly what we were looking for to expand our recipes into Cretan cuisine, and they were tasty and a good compliment to a feta, olive oil, and tomato topping. The shipping was great-no issues

Do not waste your money
Terrible! I expected hard bread but not inedible bread. It is like a brick. You can not even bite it without the risk of breaking a tooth. It ships from Greece on a what must surely be a row boat. It took over a month in transit. No way anyone would ever expect to receive petrified bread. All I can think of to do is break it up with a hammer and put it into some kind of soup.

they may be healthy but too hard to eat
these are too hard. you have to really dip in some liquid to soften them before you can eat. since they don't have any type of sugar, that's the reason they are tasteless.
