I purchased this over a year and a half ago. I tried it and didn't notice anything. I pulled it out after being reminded to ground myself. To my surprise I plugged it in, laid it on my bed and even before I got positioned, my elbow felt better. I could feel tingling in my legs too. My elbow started hurting a few weeks ago, and it had been too painful to pick up any thing over 3lbs. My doctor said the pain would go away on its own, but it hasn't until now. I can feel the pain if I massage the area, but I can stretch my arm without being in excruciating pain. Yes, I recommend this grounding mat on this experience alone. Great quality. I plugged it into a surge protector.

Love this little kit with the earthing mat - which is bigger than I expected - 39" long! It also came with the grounding cord which is 15' long - much longer than most products have out of the box. To get started I unrolled the mat and lay it where I wanted to use it. Orientation wise I put the side with the snap for the grounding cord UP. I plugged the ground end into the ground hole in the wall plug. That's all I had to do. Note that we have used other grounding products so we already had a tester to validate that the ground on the outlet was really grounded. If you're not sure I strongly recommend testing the outlet prior to plugging the mat into the wall. If you don't have a grounded outlet you'll need to sort that out first before you can use the mat. If you don't ground the mat it won't do anything for you. I use this on the floor in front of my sofa and I rest my feet flat on the mat. It is very comfortable. For the price this is one of the easiest ways to get started with earthing. After my initial confusion over plugging it in, I started using it. The first night was nothing to brag about but the second morning I noticed a little more energy and slightly less back pain. Now after several weeks I am more energetic and less over all body aches. However, the completely unexpected surprise is that my relatively minor but hugely bothersome hand tremors are noticeably improved. I can't tell you how pleased I am to do things, like write, type this review, get my fork to my mouth, that were difficult before. I am a believer. My only complaint is that I use the pad at night on my bed and I have to move it, straighten it out during the night.

I used a YT video "How to test your grounding mat" and was able to test this mat with a multimeter and it does indeed work. I keep this one under my feet at my desk. Does it do extraordinary things? No. But I am a big proponent of grounding outside for inflammation so I am hoping to help this further by grounding inside. No complaints or issues with this mat.

When my husband tested this mat with his multimeter, there was no continuity in the mat at all. It is basically a rubber mat with a snap on it. The cord is just a piece of plastic with no wires inside because there is 0 continuity. I was hoping this would really help me and now I am very disappointed in the function and quality of this product. Save your money.

I recently tried the grounding mat, and while it does have some benefits, it didn’t fully live up to my expectations. First, the positive side. It's comfortable to use, and I do feel a slight difference in my energy levels after using it for a few days. The material seems well-made and durable, and it's easy to set up. However, I’m not completely convinced of its effectiveness. I didn’t notice any dramatic changes in my sleep patterns or overall well-being, which was a bit disappointing given the hype around grounding products. Overall, it’s a decent product, but it didn’t provide the immediate or noticeable results I was hoping for. I’d recommend it if you’re curious to try grounding therapy, but I’m not sure it’s a must-have.

Maaaan when I tell y’all that this mat is the real deal it is ( at least this was my experience) the real deal. So I sometimes have to look at my iPad until I get sleepy. Well I did look at my iPad put I put it away early and just laid there in the bed watching the news. I think that it had me so relaxed that I did not need my iPad. Anywho I end up falling to sleep and don’t remember an around about time I went. I don’t remember my husband coming to bed. He said that I did not snore (I said whatever lol) it was such a deep sleep it almost like I took some sleepy tea. I will keep you guys updated about my aches and pains cause I have a lot lol.

I'd heard about earthing or grounding some time ago. I was always interested but my current living location doesn't lend itself to grounding. So, I thought I'd try one of these grounding mats. I was totally blown away. My sleep has gotten a thousand times better. I used to wake up a lot and toss and turn. After a few nights of sleeping on this mat I sleep soundly and only wake up to go to the bathroom. I can't believe this mat makes such a difference. If you try one make you have skin contact with the mat while you sleep.

This item arrived with no adaptor plug for UK. Paid £4 for an adaptor then realised I had the wrong one. I then had to buy a grounding plug. No instructions at all so an expensive mistake. The grounding plug and lead cost a further £12.99. Still not sure if I'm keeping it.

I received the Mat yesterday. I can’t feel anything when I stand on it.

Die Lieferung ist schnell erfolgt, leider konnte ich das Produkt nicht ausprobieren, da ich nicht weiß, welchen Adapter, bzw. welche Steckdose ich dafür benötige. Das mitgelieferte Kabel passt in keine meiner Steckdosen. Ich war schon beim Media Markt, kam aber leider auch dort nicht weiter.

There are no instructions in the box and since I live in the UK, I do not know what adaptor I need.
