So many I saw had short chairs or she'd be over the weight limit. This one is great. Our kid is tall and 85 lbs, in size 14 clothes, and fits it really well. It's a little big for our newly 3yo but he can still use it, the same way as he sits at our family table without a booster even though he's a little small. He'll grow into it quickly. I love love love the shelf underneath. My grandson is 4 years old and it fits him perfectly with room to grow. The cubby holes were filled with all kinds of toys and supplies almost immediately. It went together easily except for the previous mentioned issues with the screws. So we were aware of this issue. Screws stripped the wood out on three table legs so we used a dowel rod to glue into the hole and got different screws as suggested. Problem solved. Chairs were easily assembled. I wasn't too pleased with the over all finish on the set. It was uneven and could have been finished with a couple more passes of the spray gun.
