KLEIN TOOLS32528 Schrader Valve Core Replacement Bit

im an hvac technician/installer and i unfortunately went too hard on the Schrader and over turned it and it did not want to come out, so what i did was take out that middle rod and stick this piece in there and turn left and it took it right out, lifesaver

Every HVAC Technician needs this Bit in their Multi-Bit Screwdriver. I have two or three of these Klein Tools 32528 Schrader Valve Core Replacement Bits in my collection, just in case I lose one like we all do. I use them in two different screwdrivers that I have, but the one I use the most is the Klein Tools 32593 6-In-1 Stubby Ratcheting Screwdriver. I replaced one of the bits that came with the screwdriver and I use the Stubby to take off HVAC Locking Caps that are almost always in a tight space. The Stubby works perfect for this and is always in my top pocket ready to go.

got this just for my bicycle i cut it down so it fits my bit carrier( Gerber set up ) now i know i have this tool so if i get a flat i am ready by the way it shoed up in 4 days WOW (ALASKA) got two in case i loose one

Use caution with this bit, as it is easy to overtighten and break Schraeder cores. While the easy-out side of the bit allows you to remove half of the core, the other half remains in the system and requires pipe disassembly to remove—nevertheless, a handy bit to have.
