I bought this for my girlfriend to use for art projects. It projects images onto canvas for sketches and does it well. As a "home theater" projector it would be terrible, but for what we use it for, it is good for the price. The unit is very small and dim and the speaker is bad and the focus is poor. For an art projector, I recommend it. For entertainment, this is a waste of money. I hope this review helps someone.

Resolution is low, brightness is dim, product does not adjust angle of projection.Avoid this projector. I don't know if there are better on the market in this price range, but I do know that this projector is unlikely to do whatever it is you need it to do.

I've never purchased a projector before, so I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for. This was not it. I'm running a media center PC with a Roku, and was looking for something to project movies from the Roku onto a wall outside. I will say, the HDMI and audio out did work, but at 320x240 resolution, none of the video would play. Plus, at 40 lumens, it wouldn't have mattered much, as it's not hardly bright enough to project anything much beyond the distance from your toilet to the opposing wall. Depending on the size of your bathroom. Mine is quite small. It's worth it to get something with higher lumens, and good resolution.

You get what you pay for and this projector is a good compact solution. The issue that I have is that I was looking for a 12 volt projector for my toy hauler as this one was marketed and it did not come with a 12 volt cord. I still need to find one that works for it.

It did a great job for the price. The built in speaker is not nearly loud enough, but if you have one of those small speakers for iPods and phones,as I did, you can plug it in to the headphone jack of the projector and get better sound. I bought this to show a montage video at the rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding. The restaurant had a screen but no projector. I planned to resell it, but may keep it til my daughter gets married now. It's not a great projector but, more than adequate for the price.
