doTERRA - Breathe Essential Oil Respiratory Blend - 15 ml

Very good product. Helpful for congestion

Over the years I have become more and more stringent about buying individual oils and blending them myself as opposed to pre-blends. That way I can control the amount of how much of the more expensive oils are used in the combination and not just paying for something that is supposed to be an appropriate synergistic blend, but where they charge you for a blend with pricier plant oil components but skimp on the more expensive additions. The other beef I have is with MLM companies. Both YL and DoTerra have good quality artisanal oils but I do not support pyramid companies no matter how you present it. Pure, high quality essential oils are expensive enough as it is! We should not have to deal with mark ups for multi level marketing platforms on top of everything else! DoTerra will also try to tell you that their company is the only one with the CPTG rating. (Certified Pure Tested Grade). They are. That is because with the formation of their company in 2008 they also patened the phrase CPTG and after testing the oils themselves will give their oils the rating that they are only company trademarked to do so! (Kind of like grading your own test and then some..) Oh with these MLMs the marketing schemes never end. Lol! Also, the fact that essential oils are a healing system that, along with reputable distillaries world wide, have been around for centuries and DoTerra has only been around since 2008 should tell you that there are obviously other high quality oils that are also therapeutic quality without the incresed markup and certification hype. NOW HAVING SAID THAT... Their oils ARE high quality (so if you are going to overpay, at least it is not on a crap product) and like the Thieves blend from Young Living, this is the one blend that DoTerra has that I continue to purchase because it is so unique and amazing! There have been many respiratory blends created by many EO companies. I can even make one close to this as I have all of the oils listed individually (and many of my oils in combo and individualy will get the same therapeutic results) but I can't quite copy this addicting aroma. I LOVE IT! I use it even when I don't need respiratory support. It is soooo refreshing and fabulous. I will not even take away one star for some of the absurdities presented by their pyramid marketing. This blend itself is too good of a masterpiece and deserves all the praise it can get. You just have smell it and know for yourself!

There are many products out there that try to mimic this oil. I have bought several of them, none of which compares to this doTerra oil. The smell itself is reassuring. There are some sellers that do not sell quality doTerra oil and it seems fake. This one does not. I use this at night when I have a stuffy nose. And it helps me. Not all the time, but it helps me breathe just a little. Sometimes, I like to mix a drop with some type of carrier oil (aka fractionated coconut oil. That I also bought from amazon) and rub it on my feet and under my nose. It really helps out. The only tough part was when I was pregnant and suffering from acid reflux. I was sick, and I could not use this oil because it gave me reflux. (Due to the peppermint). Now that I gave birth, I have no issues. I use this with my children.. however it seems to keep them awake. I knocked off one star simply because it does not work all the time. Sometimes I can "Breathe." But At times, I can't. I can make my "breath roll on" using this as well I bought an amber roll on glass and put fifteen drops of this oil and fill the rest with a carrier oil. It works great on the go! I like this breathe oil. I have tried other knock offs. None really compares to this!

This is my absolute must have for my family. I’ve been using Breathe for almost 10 years and I make sure to always have a bottle on hand. This temporarily helps open up my sinuses and airways.

This oil was recommended to me as I suffer from cold a lot and find my nose gets blocked very easy in a big open office with loads of air-conditioners. I Diffuse at bedtime for a restful night’s sleep or use a drop on my palms and inhale directly from palms, sometimes when feel cold coming up I rub on chest at bed time and it helps to breath easily.Good product

This is our first purchase of a doTerra product. After researching many essential oils, we felt comfortable buying Thrive oil. We have started diffusing with just this one oil, which is a blend and can see a difference in my husband’s breathing already. This has been a difficult season with pollen in our area and this product we believe will be of great help. We highly recommend doTerra oils and will definitely be repurchasing this oil for sure.
