I was able to cover the deck twice. I painted the deck because it had never been painted or treated so the wood was so ugly and porous. Old decks over at least 10 years have to be painted solid, not transparent because the deck was in a bad weathered condition because, it had never been sealed or treated. So with deck paint and urethane it looks a lot better. It does not yellow great value for the money and very easy to use. I used a roller. Great and would definitely order it again. What is the best least expensive coating should I use ?** A: I have never used on this type of material. You might try it on something similar and see if you get the results you want. I sue it to cover model airplanes and it is good for this purpose. **Q: Can this be used on bathroom under sink cabinet edges where stain is being touched up due to water removing stain?
