hello, if it isnt labeled cruelty free then I dont believe it is.

Q: Can i use this with any powder bleach?

I used the Blue Bleach which amazon also carries. I would use the blue because it was the one used by the pros on youtube. I hope this helps.

Q: Can I put this straight on my hair w/o dye for it to lift the color it already is?

No you add it to bleach to straight up lift. Then use a toner to make it a specific color blonde like ash.

Q: Can I use this with shoupin hair color?

Yes if you want to use hair color you have to buy this product. Hair color should be mix with this

used it with loreal quick blue and my result were kinda splotchy so i did it twice and it was fine. i used half the bottle for the two times so make sure if you have longer hair to get alot.
