COVERGIRL Perfect Point Plus Blend Eyeliner Pencil - 100 - Basic Black, 0.02oz

I really like this eyeliner pencil. I have been using this brand for years , my go to . This has a pencil tip and the sponge tip edge for blending as well. The eyeliner goes on smooth no clumps , it doesn’t smear easily on me and it lasts . I am old school and still melt the tip for a real dark look which also seems to make it last all day (but if u try this do not burn yourself please let pencil cool some before touching eye ) it will remove easily with mild soap and water or any eye make up remover .It is easy to use; just remove the outer film wrapper ,remove cap and you are ready to go . A sharpener would come in handy as well. I feel it is worth the money and as I said , my go to . You receive one pencil for the price - I have jumped into my pool and it hasn’t really came off too much . So there is some durability in water (but I didn’t rub my eyes while I was in the pool either ) If you rub your eyes rough or you have a good hard cry , it may smear or smudge or if you fall asleep with it on but that is normal . A good staple for your make up bag .

Great everyday eyeliner. It glides on smoothly and the blending tip makes it easy to soften the line. Good pigmentation without being too harsh. It does need a little touch-up after several hours, but for the price, it performs really well. Solid drugstore staple

This is my absolute favorite eyeliner! I have used this eyeliner since I was in 5th grade! They changed the formula like 5 years ago and it isn't as good as it used to be. But I found the grass isn't that much greener and that it still is one of the best options out there even if it isn't as good as it used to be. It goes on your water line so thick and smooth, especially if you run it through a flame or heat it up a little bit. It is waterproof and it does stay on for 24+ hours! You might have to reapply to your waterline but I think thats just cause it's your waterline, and not the fault of the eyeliner. It sharpens nicely and the smudger on the end is an amazing tool that you should use wherever you apply the eyeliner. It helps set it in a way and makes it even as well as smudges it in so that you don't have just a thick line. The price is decent and it arrives super fast.

Love these, inexpensive, stays on, and matches with my hair. I started using them after Burts Bees went out of business. Works for me!

Doesn’t work as eyeliner, too firm. Use for eyebrows. Unsure of staying power, only used for couple hours at time.

Absolutely perfect and easy to look natural

I really like this product. It stayed on well and didn't smudge. I haven't given it the tear test yet, still to be determined how it performs in that instance.

Very soft and blendable, in subtle, neutral shade. I have been buying this American product for years as there is nothing quite the same made in UK. Rather high mark-up on price, though.

I have used this perfect blend over the years and love it. I use the smoky brown color, but wanted to try the charcoal. I find the charcoal a little dark, thus I will try the dark brown as a liner with my smoky brown. It is an excellent price, good product and water proof.

I bought it for my daughter and she is happy with it - it doesn't crumble and stays on long enough - so i think it was worth it
