Ok product
I have been using this headset for almost 9 months and not excessively. The microphone has stopped working suddenly. Trying to get help to fix it or even discuss the 1 yr limited warranty is next to impossible.

Great product! Needed to buy another headset for new hire at my company and this headset works well with the Jabber and oracle harmony bar applications.

DO NOT BUY BEWARE
Although this headset sounds great, save yourself the stress. Product is faulty and cisco company wont fix it or replace it. They tell u the serial number has to be under contract with a company. If thats the case they have no business selling their product on amazon. Theyll take your money and not follow through with the warranty. It stopped working after a few months.

I work from home but my company will only provide a corded headset. The freedom of not being “tied” to my desk is wonderful! Works great and super easy to hook up totally worth the money
