I purchase this product every time I buy a new pair of boots. They will often outlast the boots, as some boots have survived 2 - 18 months.These are a very thick foam (almost 1/4 inch) that still provides support under heavy usage. I have a large colleague (~300 lbs) that use the same product. Not a fan of the gel inserts as they feel very stiff under heavy load.Top cloth liner is a beige color and won't discolor your socks. Other brands that use red or blue liners have stained my socks (10 hr work days).There is arch support, although somewhat minimal.The only real negative is the adhesive used on the top cloth liner. The liner will peel in about a month of use, but foam in-sole is still useful even if you remove the cloth liner.

I have flat feet and need more support than usual. Unfortunately, these did not do the trick. My feet were aching like crazy after wearing them. Only reason for 3 stars is because the customer service was so wonderful and made my experience a good one! The insoles themselves are nicely built, just not the ones for me

These are good arch supports if you only need a light to moderate amount of support. If you have high arches, these may not be firm or high enough for you.

These are incredibly comfortable in my hiking shoes. They offer great support for my high arches and perfect cushioning for my heels. I was very impressed with the quality of these insoles. I will be back for more in the future!

While these inserts do give a slightly-nice cushion, there is absolutely no arch support. The product description and reviews led me to believe that these would help ease foot pain by providing support, which they do not. I've been wearing these inserts in my shoes for 2 days now and really can't figure out what they're supposed to be doing because my feet still hurt and there is no support. I can't even tell that I have them inserted in my shoes.

These insoles would be good if they weren't so thick.. I bought them because my shoes were a bit big for me and the heel was not supported. Well, these insoles definitely support the heel, buy they raise your foot so high in the show that it not only distorts the looks of the shoe, but it's also super uncomfortable.. They are probably only good for rubber boots or shoes that are 2 sizes bigger than you'd usually wear.. Very disappointed.

Love these so much I came back for a second pair! Enough arch support to help, but not so thick that they won’t fit in shoes. Also like the fabric as it seems cooler than many inserts. Great value for this type of insert.
