I purchased the AWOOF Pet Snuffle Mat for my energetic 8-month-old puppy, and it’s been such a game changer! He loves sniffing around and searching for his treats, and it keeps him engaged way longer than a regular bowl. I honestly expected him to start tearing it up right away, but instead he stayed focused on finding the treats and was entertained much longer than I anticipated. The mat feels well-made, easy to fold up for travel, and simple to clean. This is a great snuffle mat for my husky/retriever mix! I removed a star because the felt strips are easily torn off and consumed so it doesn’t seem to last long.. he roots his food and this mat has helped me contain his kibble much easier.

Cute and functional for the most part! The material is not very durable. Our dogs chewed through both the bottom lining and the rope that cinches it closed within 10 minutes. We still use it as is! It definitely keeps the dogs busy for a few minutes :) They seem to really enjoy it! Not easy to clean.

Great for stimulating the dogs when we have weather unfit for man nor beast! Dogs spend a lot of time looking for their food, and when I use different a different color, it is all new again. I love that I can shake them out, and use the drawstring to put them away! We bought four. Three to keep, one to share!

Works perfectly! If you need extra time to do something, having their food in this and closed about 75% of the way works amazing

I bought 2 different brands/types and this one is much more sturdy overall. Not thrilled with the felt for small pockets because those are too flimsy to use but the rest holds up to my hound carrying/ moving it around

We generally love this snuffle mat. Setup is easy, the fabric feels durable, and the little flaps are tougher than I expected; my 3 month old hasn’t chewed any off yet. Foraging with kibble keeps her busy and gives her a “job.” The first several uses kept her occupied for a good 30+ minutes. Now, after about two weeks, it holds her attention for 10–15 minutes, which I’d say makes it a great “beginner” or “easy” snuffle mat. Regular kibble seems to be the perfect size for hiding in it. What I didn’t like: the string and plastic toggle closure. My pup went straight for the plastic toggle and cord, chewed on it, and I realized it could turn into a hazard. I removed the toggle within minutes, but then the string itself became the toy of the day. Honestly, I don’t think the closure is needed at all — something like velcro would be safer. Over all, it's in daily use, but I’d choose a future snuffle mat without a cord.
