Tastes ok warm and cold. Its strawberry without no dye in it, however more natural strawberry you might want to blend with real strawberries. I drank one yesterday and kept me wanting to eat more, I guess in way I should drink the shakes at night curb appetite. Drink for necessity rather than control, it helps tame lion, I haven't heard it while. I only eat when breakfast, lunch and dinner not when I hear lion, If I hear the lion I just drink one these shakes. Texture is smooth Digestibility: there no bad aftertaste, depends on you, might want to add additional milk easy use: Remove the protective covering, remove top cap and drink. Fantastic and despite cover flavor displayed its strawberry. I don’t know why they changed cover only leading towards confusion, looks like it’s vanilla.

Cheaper Than the Grocery Store and Excellent Nutrition
Great price for usually very expensive shakes. The only way to beat this deal is when they are on sale and you have coupons at the grocery store. Also, for diabetics these and the Ensure Max are the ones to buy. No sugar, a high protein content, and they taste great. Definitely refrigerate them before consuming for the best texture. These helped save my grandfather’s life as his nutrition was way off from an illness and he couldn’t eat enough. He’s all better and thriving at 91 thanks to these.
