My doctor recommended these for me. I initially got then throgh her office then saw them here for the same price. Great quality and a valuable part of maintaining my health.

Works great, if it arrives warm, but had an ice pack, it’s fine! READ THE STICKER LABELS ON YOUR PACKAGE! It’s fine, they’ll work if they’re at room temp for a little while. It takes two weeks for the probiotics to start “dying” at room temp. It’ll be fine if it’s left at room temp for a couple hours!

This product needs to remain cold. It is shipped with a cold pack that is inadequate. It arrives warm. No way to know how warm it got or for how long it was warm. As a result I worry the effectiveness of the product may not be as it should be. The low rating is not a fault of the product. It is a fault of the packing and shipping.

They arrived earlier than stated and well packed, still cold! :-)

My internal medicine doctor turned me on to Klaire Labs Pro-5 Probiotic. The best probiotics are to be kept refrigerated and these are one of those. They are easy to swallow and when taken with the recommended amount of water (as with any other medicine), leave no after taste.

Recommended by my doctor and I must say these are one of the best probiotics I have tried!
