I have received the totally broken product from inside & there is no refund yet generated

Mixed reviews.
Though the product is not damaged but the plastic cover has small scrathes. Doesn't give the feeling of new. Not sure whether its genuine or not. Also its made in China so little sad about it. Packing was not good, it was just in one cardboard cover without any foam or air cushion.
