PK7GTACP is a ground bar kit that doesn't really carry a current rating however it would be limited to current by It's terminal size. It is a ground bar that is generally used in our 100a loadcenters. It has (7) terminals that will accept (2f) #14 to 4 awg. or (2) #14 to 12 awg ground wire.

how do you connect a 3 gauge wire to this as the holes are too small?

You'll have to get a bigger terminal strip or cheat and trim your wire to fit.

How do you get the mounting screws? Are the included?

Yes, the mounting screws are included but they are machine screws for mounting on pre-threaded holes (like inside an equipment rack). Since I was mounting them on wood, I had to find my own screws.
