this product was recommended to me by a coworker. I have played the drums for over 20 years. in the last year or so I have had pain in my right arm/elbow. I have been using this product for week or so now and I am feeling the results with less pain and more strength and movement. Just follow the instructions and it will help.

Really had no expectation of how this was going to work. But after using them three times a day for five days my joints some of my swelling in certain locations all went away and I was able to get back into the gym and enjoy myself..I do believe that this is a must buy if you are exercising or just an all-around athlete just to take care of yourself!!

The straps do what they should, but the ice pack is so small and hard that I just threw it away.

These bands have helped in pain relief and recovery from severe tendonitis in my elbow. Google "voodoo flossing" and you'll find some helpful suggestions on how to make the most of these bands. Good price too. Don't spend more just for a different name printed on a piece of rubber.

I was a bit skeptical that these bands would struggle to stay in place, but they didn’t budge anywhere I put them. I’ve used regular compressions in the past and always struggled with getting the right size. I’ll never have to worry about that with these.

What I liked about this product it help with the swelling in my ankle. After fracture it. What dislike was there no way for the bands to stay on my ankle

Material is very poor for floss band, way too slippery. And not hassle free return either even through prime. Doesn’t have the free shipping return label.

The product is good. Works very well as a recovery aid/pre workout aid. I would suggest these ONLY for smaller body areas, as I'm not a big guy and they struggle round the quads for coverage. But forearms, knees, elbows etc - they will be good for you.

I bought this product because I'm injured and this is basically useless because one band was glued together while I was unraveling is snapped three times and my other band was fine quality but was to small I couldn't wrap my knee at all

Just don't work effectively. Bottom line, too slippery. Makes application very difficult especially when applying yourself. After you do get them on, working the joint , the bands slide , open up at areas and bunch up. Going back to a split bicycle tube is way better but not as elegant when working with clients. Going to try the more expensive Rogues.
