This brand comes as .420g (420mg) per table spoon. To get the same dosage as the normal magnesium citrate, you need to take ~21-42 tablespoons (10-20oz) to get the same dose. When I saw that, it seems a bit excessive. Instead, I took 150ml (10 tablespoons, or 5oz) and drank about 64 oz of fluids throughout the day. It flushed me out pretty good, starting from 8am in the morning, it kept flushing me for about 36 hours, heavy after 1.5 hours, and got lighter by the night.
