Product is Durable , Water saving , Automatic Water level control , Compact size , Time saving. This product is very useful for all.

The box comes with 1 controller unit, 6 carbon sensors, and 1 power input/output clear protective shield. I used professionals for installing the unit. Additional purchases include sensor cables, power cables, insulation tapes, cable ties, and labour charges. For the first couple of days we thought it was running smoothly but the overhead tank went completely empty even though there was water in the underground tank. The unit was set to auto, but it didn't work. The levels indicators are displayed correctly but the motor never switches on automatically. Sadly I purchased 2 units as I have 2 underground tanks, and 2 overhead tanks. Both controllers don't work properly. I fell for the Amazon choice tag and positive reviews. My advice is to find a reliable brand and pay a bit more if possible. Update: The seller replaced a faulty unit as I was within warranty period upon providing purchase invoice. Now all tanks fill water automatically as advertised. The only change I chose to do is set the sensor levels different to what the instruction manual showed. I set UC and UL sensors for the underground tank right above the foot valve, while placing UH 10cm higher to avoid confusion for the controller. Likewise for the overhead tank I first overflowed it, then waited the water to settle. We placed OH at the top level where the water stopped overflowing. OL was placed 10cm-15cm below OH, and OC was placed at the bottom. We chose to do so because of water shortages in our area, and using this method ensures the overhead tank to be full all the time.

I bought this product last year and after some time it stopped auto start, so since the warranty is not customer friendly I ordered another one and again within 3-4 month auto start has stopped working. Couldn’t understand what needs to be done to keep the auto start active. If company is looking in to reviews pls suggest how to keep it active and what can cause such issue.

Ordered the Microtail Water level controller after researching and reading reviews of various products and manufacturers. This seemed reliable and also more over this is a made in India product. Installed the controller today and it does it's job perfectly as designed. The build quality of the plastic seems rugged and of good quality. What I really appreciate is that, while installing I made a call on the customer support no. and there was immediate response and needed guidance. The person was very polite and helpful. This shows the reliability a customer can have on the manufacturer. I'd recommend buying this product and trusting Microtail.

It has a serious scaling problem (white salt like deposit), and the sensor stops working and need to be changed every 6 months.

I used this for approx 2.5 years after that its suddenly working off, but product is good I purchased another one. Easy installation and works good.
