One of the reviews stated that these poles are knockoffs, and apparently not manufactured by LEKI. Can anyone shed any light on this assertion?

I am not that LEKI pole savvy, but they are very nice, much better than my last ones, and I'm happy with my purchase.

Are replacement hand straps available for these poles?

I have been trying to find the same thing. The Velcro is wearing out on my hand straps. Also, I would like new rubber tips for my poles. They are wearing out and slipping.

how much do these poles weigh?

The LEKI Nordic Walking poles come in different models and the models vary in weight depending on what they are made from, I suggest going to the LEKI Website and checking out the specs on the models you are interested in. Also, the hand straps come in different sizes. The first pair I bought through Amazon had large straps were to big for my hands so I called LEKI customer service telephone line they were excellent - I ended up returning the poles to Amazon and buying directly from LEKI to insure a smaller size hand strap. I truly love walking with the poles they really are great and make a big difference in my exercise program. Good luck.

Yes there a pair of walking poles and the are great. I have really enjoyed mine and using them adds much to a long walk.
