My absolute favourite apple corer of all time. I hear people complain about theirs but i've never had a problem with this. The trickiest part is washing it after use, so I try to always do it immediately after use so nothing hardens on and its so easy. It's honestly the best. I didn't know apple corers could be so good, but they can. The handle on it makes it nice and stable to hold when trying to cut through the core. The fact that you can open the circular long bit that cuts makes it easy to remove the cut core right away. Great design. Lasting ages!

We bought this as we were buying pineapples more in the hot weather and this tool makes the preparation much easier compared to cutting it with a knife. I think you get slightly more fruit when you use a knife but this is much quicker and easier with more consistent results. The mess is unavoidable when cutting a pineapple but this little tool definitely makes less mess, mainly because the shell of the pineapple is mostly intact after extracting the centre. It’s worth noting that you would need a really symmetrical pineapple to be able to use it as a jug after removing the spiral of fruit as the pictures show. I almost always end up with the cutting edge popping out of the side which obviously would hinder using it as a jug. Overall really pleased with this and it is easy to clean.

I'm an OAP, and this is by far one of the best corers I've tried so far. I have only given 4 stars, but that is only because I don't think anything is perfect. This item appears very well made, the corer has a very nice sharp serrated tip which easily goes into the fruit. Much easier than any other I've tried. I also like the fact that it is vey easy to extract the removed core, just press on the leaver, the unit opens up & then it just a quick tap & the core drops out. The handle really does make it easier to get the corer into the fruit. HOWEVER, because of the shape it does make it awkward to store the corer away. A minor point, perhaps a round bun shaped handle with finger grips would be better. It is also very easy to clean, again due to the opening of the stem. Would I buy it again??....CERTAINLY, in fact it would make a great present for someone. So overall, top marks from me. Well Done!!!

Writing a review for an apple corer is a bit ridiculous. But it is very good. I broke my last cheap one by bend the handle off on a particularly crunchy Granny Smith. It was also always a pain to pull the core out. This is much easier, the “lever” means you can just grab the core and pull. I’m sure there’s a far posher one for more money that spits out the core, but the is very handy. I also noted that my gran seemed to be able to use it very easily due to the more ergonomic handle. It’s a much more natural grip.

Strong and no issues

Very solid and robust corer - but it is very large and I found it does not work well on smaller eating apples - I either missed the core altogether or took half the apple out. I guess this would be a lot better on the larger cooking apples.

I got bored of slicing around every apple core with a knife, and this tool looked like it could do the job far better. Turned out to be a fiver well spent. Simple to use, sharp enough to need almost no force, it punches a neat hole in the centre of an apple, and the core drops out of the jaws. Quick rinse under the tap (does fine in a dishwasher too) and ready to go again. Won't bend like cheaper corers, as the metal is thick and the teeth up to the job of boring through. Would say to keep it out of the reach of children as it is so sharp, but otherwise this is an excellent buy.

This is a sturdy apple corer. I've used so many flimsy ones in the past, and gotten some bad gashes because of it. But this one is terrific! Very solid metal, and the handle style is a wonderful innovation. I make lots of baked apples in the winter months, so I use this just about every week. Having a tool like this around is a good way to encourage healthy snacking around my house, so I am all for it.

Franchement c'est parfait. Très pratique, facile à utilisé et de très bonne qualité (garantie à vie) et gain de temps assuré, en quelque seconde l'ananas est sorti de son enveloppe et découpé en tranches sans effort. Je recommande ce vendeur sérieux sans hésiter.
