Bandai Hobby RG 1/144#32 Nu Gundam Char's Counterattack

Sturdy, Small but details are accurate for a RG, the only downside is amuro ray statue is so tiny and fragile and you have to be careful of the fin funnels cuz they move alot once you move the moblie suit

This is not your typical RG kit that comes with pre-molded skeletons that are already so loose to begin with. This is more like a mini MG kit that is scaled down in size. The construction of the frame is similar to that of the MG, you need to construct each joint piece by piece unlike the earlier RG kits where it is already pre-molded and assembled. All the joints are tight and nicely constructed. I also built the MG Nu Gundam Ver. KA in the past and this kit is not a cheap version of that by any mean. It provides much of the details the MG Ver. KA has to offer. Some of the armors pieces can be extended the way the MG does although they are simpler. Regardless, I really enjoy building this RG kit and I think this is the best RG kit that I had ever built so far. I have bought the RG Sazabi and Hi-Nu Gundam too because I have heard great things about them. I can't wait to get my hands on them and compare.

It’s a fun and detailed build. This kit is more intricate and fragile compared to other kits such as high grades or entry grades, so I can’t recommend this as a good starting set for beginners. However, for an experienced model builder this kit is fantastic and well worth the price.

This one is a lot taller then most 1/144 just did panels lines to bring it all together and water decal no painting very beautiful piece. Fun build took me about 10 hrs.

I had build a lot RG kits and this kit is simply one of the best. Personally, I'd like Hi-Nu Gundam more....but I guess that will never happens outside of p-Bandai.Im stun by how much details they fit into this kit. The MG ver ka of this was already very impressive. But I'd say this kit is even better than that. One issue I always had with all of RG line is how loose some pieces are. But I didn't notice any issue with this kit. With that said, I still suggest an action base. The asymmetric design of the funnels on left side could tilt it sometime.Finally, I did get a double funnel kits for this. It's even more expansive than this kit...I feel that you are better off buying another kit. But you do get water decal and a special stand with that set.(that special stand is the same one from MG ver ka kit).) I really like the double funnels look. It looks like an angel!P.S. they released another version of this kit with jet effects and that kit is not very expensive so I'd suggest potential buyer check that version as well.
