Important to note they are crunchy - as they should be - because once you fill them - they soften slightly over night. You want this! When your guests bite into them they should break neatly - not fall apart like a taco shell. They quality of flavor is very good. They were not expired. The value for the price is unbeatable. It would have taken me an entire day to make these myself. I will order again! The size is also perfect for a bite sized snack.
