I've been cutting my own hair for about 15 years, and have tried almost every brand of clippers on the market. It just glides across your hair.So while the clippers are top notch, the vacuum component is what REALLY sets these off!!! This should set the standard for how ALL clippers are made!!! It's super brilliant.While you're cutting your hair, instead of it getting all over your clothes, all over your sink/floor or whatever room you're doing your hair in, barely ANY hair gets on anything.Just a few whispies come off but easily 95-99% of the hair is vacuumed up into the little compartment on the machine, which is super fast and easy to empty and has a good capacity.I find that I only have to empty it probably once, maybe twice max when I give myself a full haircut.Due to the built-in vacuum technology, you can cut your hair or trim your facial hair RIGHT before you go somewhere (e.g. right before you head to work) without any worry about a major clean up whatsoever.You can even cut your hair AFTER taking your shower, if you want to!With all the other clippers I've ever owned until now, I had to strip down when I'd cut my hair or wear a cape because hair would get stuck in my clothes.Then there would be a big clean up job and had to take a shower to get all the hair off my neck, face and body. Saved my sanity and the cleanliness of my guest bath. My husband is a Marine and because of multiple foreign deployments, he taught himself to cut his own hair. Fast forward 20 years and he’s still cutting his own hair. Great until you try to clean up a bazillion tiny hair fragments from white marble. This vacuum clipper has made that much easier. Took a little time for him to adjust maneuvering a larger clipper around to the back of his head, but no complaints now.

Vacuum feature works for long hair very good but my beard is hard and still scattering around after cutting. Very light weight and does not make you tired. This is very important for me. Cleaning is easy.

This set has lasted us 6 years! And it would have lasted longer had I not tried to use it on our dog. I'm going to see if I can sharpen the blades but I'm also going to buy another set. It doesn't catch all of the hair with the vacuum but it makes enough difference that my son with sensory processing disorder has not minded a haircut in 6 YEARS! We started using these when he was 4 years old and it made all the difference.

This is the second one I bought these things are great. It sucks up the hair and you can use a pretty versatile cut your hair cut your beard works good and very reasonably priced. I’ve actually bought an extra one for a spare in case this one breaks.

I used these vacuumed clippers today and they worked great, just as I hoped they would. I keep the hair on my head short, using clippers about once a week. I was hoping the suction on these were strong enough to lift my hairs up into the clipper blade and it does. I've cut my routine into a quarter with these. They did catch all the hair in the compartment. I did try them on my face and the front of my neck, be careful because they pinched my neck and I started bleeding. This has never happened with my other clippers. The cord is long so I'm happy about that.

This is not the Remington you've grown fond of. My old trimmer from 2016 just died. Well, it works, but it has to be plugged in now. I ordered a new one on Amazon, and since the old one lasted over 8 years, I just threw the box away and kept going.Now that I'm examining it, this is made with much cheaper materials and plastic. Worse yet, there's no battery! The old version lasted a long time without charging but this is a corded model. They've really started getting cheap with their products. I recommend looking elsewhere if you want quality.
