whats the difference between the flex belt and the slendertone belt?

Sooooo, let me get this right. For all intents and purposes the “Flex Belt” is FDA approved, goes to “11” and cost about $160. The “Slendertone” is by the same company, but NOT FDA approved, and costs half the price?

How do I clean the gel pads after use, I smeared SpectraGel on it and my skin, and it's hard to remove the SpectraGel

hi JD, I use purell hand sanitizer and wet wipes. A few drops on each gel pad then lightly wipe with the wet wipe. Works like a charm :)

Is this belt unisex and is it interchangeable with the arm system?

Yes, it´s unisex. There is an extension to make the make the belt longer if needed. The remote control is supposed to be compatible with the arm system. Just unplug it from your belt system and plug it to the arms one. That obviously means you cannot use both at the same time

Is this an electrical or battery operated device?

The belt runs off a battery but it also come with a adapter to charge the battery. I can get 4-5 30 Min workouts on one charge.
