I have used this aveda product every morning for years. People ask me about my skin and what I use...this toner I and a little cream is all. ( I am told I look 60, and I am 90. So it must have helped to keep skin hydrated and makeup free.

I live in the arid southwest of the US, and sometimes need a little extra moisture. This is perfect any time of the day. I don't like makeup that looks dry and cake-y, so give a little spritz of this on top of the foundation and it looks so much better. Also use it before make-up application which helps it apply evenly. Really, truly, any time of the day to feel fresh and moisturized without it feeling heavy or sticky.

I have stopped using soap of any kind on my face. I am 72 and everyone thinks I am joking. I also spray my face with water before going to sleep, as moisture is vital to looking young, and the spread a moisturizer on top. The wet face allows the moisturizer to spread beautifully, using not very much, and keeps my face soft and with very few wrinkles..
