Choline Cocktail

I used to use this 15 years old for energy it worked great then and i found myself looking for it again. It just as great as ever. I drink this every morning instead of coffee for that extra edge

I used this stuff in the 90's and it was amazing. Some say the new formula is different/weaker, but I do not think so. I've started using it again and glad I did. I've tried numerous nootropics over the years and to be honest Choline Cocktail easily equals them. Energy, clarity, better than coffee to be sure. There are lots of supplements out there where "Not sure if it worked or not". This is one where you go "Oh yes it's working!" The newer version does cake profoundly (and can harden into a solid mass if you live in humid climes) - I'm going to put one of those little dessicant pouches in the container to see if that helps. As to the flavor, it's Tang flavor, but Choline naturally has a kind of barfy flavor, you can't really hide it. It doesn't bother me at all. If you've ever taken other supplement drinks or herbal concoctions, this is nothing compared to some of those! When I was in my 30's this stuff was a go-to for a boost. Now I'm in my 60's and it really pulls me out of mental fog periods. Someone else posted about their grandparent with dementia who had great results. I can totally see how it would help. IMHO (not a doctor) it may work as a dementia delayer if taken regularly in your "Golden Years". Do check your BP if you have issues - caffeine, you know!

This is the original energy drink. In fact when Choline Cocktail first came out, smart drugs were all the rage. It's ingredients were being marketed as brain food. In the early 90's this was cutting edge stuff. Choline, DMAE, Ginkgo. Pretty much household words now. These and the other ingredients are what all the other Johnny Come Lately copycats are adding to their energy drinks. There was no Red Bull, 5 Hour or Monster. Yet, little or no credit is given to Twinlab for pioneering the energy drink industry. Prior to Choline Cocktail an energy drink was defined by how many carbs (how much sugar) they could pack into it. With only 7 grams of sugar. This was certainly groundbreaking and ushered in an entire new beverage industry. As for the taste, don't believe the lies from the obvious high fructose corn syrup lovers. For you baby boomers and above, it tastes just like Tang. If you weren't around for the moon landings, you won't know what I mean. Today, I'll put Choline Cocktail up against any other energy drink period. With taste, the "kick" it gives and something none of the others can truly claim, this really is good for you. I would love to see them come out with single ready mixed servings. With awesome packaging and a marketing campaign to boot. A black can with two silver letters "CC" on the front, add a little carbonation and the WOW factor would be out of this world.

I used to use this stuff back in the 90’s didn’t have a problem. This new formula works great but the instructions say to mix with cold water. When I do that it clumps. The best way I found is to mix it in room temperature water then add cold or ice water. I use my ninja hand held mixer thing and I don’t have a problem. I’ve let several of my coworkers try it and they have been impressed with the results. My only complaint is the clumping other than that it a great product.

I've been taking this stuff for over 15 years and started taking it back in college when I needed a natural supplement for studying because of my ADD. Back when I was 20 years old and in college I went into a GNC looking for something to help me focus and I ended up getting a product that is a whole lot more than that. Choline cocktail is seriously the natural product of adderall --- this helped me focus when I needed to go study and retain those grades to get my Bachelor degree. Some of the added benefits is it keeps me sharp --- REALLY SHARP!! If your looking for something to keep and prolong your memory then this stuff is great for that. This stuff is a lot more than just Choline - it's also constains all the vitamins needed for your brain to function in it's purest form. It's imperative that your brain gets the supplements needed to protect the Neurons and brains cells that will help you focus and also help your memory. I know some people complain about the taste but that's because most people try to mix it with plain water which I wouldn't recommend. It goes great with juice or a nice hot tea in the morning. I'm literally drinking some before I go to bed in some black tea with Splenda --- it tastes great! I hope Twinlab will keep this product going. It's been harder to get until recently and there's no reason to discontinue a product that clearly has no competition and is used by many. I don't know how I will replace it if I couldn't still purchase it.

Thank you Twin Lab for producing Choline Cocktail again! It helped me manage a very stressful, deadline driven job on top of raising a a child playing 3 Sports. I add it to my protein shake or mix it with Pineapple Juice which taste like an Orange Julius!
