Very nice mixture of cookies for coffee and tea
I traveled to Indonesia for work several years ago, and the plant team bought this was the assortment of cookies to share with us as a gesture (one of many) of welcome. There is a nice admixture of very sweet and then not very sweet choices, which made them a great choice with either coffee or tea. I was so glad to see I could buy them here to share with my family, to give them a little taste of my trip. I have since discovered that anything made by Khong Guan is delicious! And if you ever get the opportunity to travel to Indonesia, you must go.

Something went terribly wrong with the manufacture of my tin
Something went terribly wrong with the manufacture of my tin. The biscuits were well sealed in the tin but the outside was oddly taped with clear packing tape. Expiration was over a month out, so close but not expired. The taste is hard to describe - something between nail polish remover additive and just straight up mold? Three people tried them - not one, including me, could swallow. In and directly back out. Disgusting. Maybe mine were just bad, no idea, they are going right back to Amazon.

Cookies are great but some are broken.
I grew up eating and smelling this brand of cookies being made in the factory while walking home from school. The lemon flavor has always been a favorite of mine. I have not been able to go to a local Asian store to buy this plus they’ve been out for a few months. Decided to buy from Amazon but am definitely disappointed with the broken pieces and crumbs getting mixed inside the bag. All four bags in the tin has broken pieces. Especially the one that’s like Oreo cookies. Wish Khong Guan will remove that “Oreo” from their choices forever. And I wish the biscuits matches the pictures on the tin because those are some of the cookies I ate growing up. Back in the 70’s and 80’s.

I saw this on a " studio Ghibli " fan art page . I am not disappointed . I want these to always be in my cupboard .

flavor is to lite
Nice tin, great wrapping but cookies had very little flavor. Everything was well wrapped and cookies were fresh and crisp.

Did not have good taste threw them out. And all shapes on the box is not in the box. Waste of time.
