The wok does not hold heat and it takes so long to cook anything. I tried to contact the seller after purchase and never heard back. Super bummed!

I really like this alternative to traction woks because of my electric stove. Not as deep as I thought but gets it done in a smaller scale.

Works but electric plug not detachable for washing so inconvenient to clean
