Amazing customer service!
It was quite the challenge to get this fragrance delivered (not because of the seller but rather because of issues with the carrier) BUT the customer service helped me out with all their possible solutions and it worked out! If you are sceptical whetever you wanna order something from them or not, don't be scared, they'll do anything to help you out! :)

Profumo ok
Il profumo è arrivato con un giorno di ritardo su quella che era la data stabilita, però pazienza posso capire… il profumo era sigillato ed integro ok… quel che mi dispiace è che mi auguro il gentile venditore provveda è che dall’inserzione ( vedi foto allegata ) era specificato che avreste inserito nel pacco 2 flaconcini prova Mancera e confezione Skincare da 30 ml… e invece non c’erano… se si rimedierà sostituirò la recensione da 4 a 5 stelle… buona giornata Marzio Minorello

Überwältigend!
Schade, dass die Parfums von Mancera so schwer zu bekommen sind. Aber für solche Düfte wie das Cedrat Boise nimmt man das dann in Kauf. Intensiv und langanhaltend. Die Duftnotenbeschreibung überlasse ich dann mal dem Fachpublikum. Für die Nutzer ist wichtig, dass man von diesem Duft den ganzen Tag umgeben sein wird. Viel Spaß damit!
