Can this product stay in the freezer permanently? I noticed it says to keep it in for 2-3 hours, but will leaving it in for longer cause damage?

Dear Customer About the freezing time, 2-3 hours is what we recommended. As far as I know, when you froze the roller, there will be some ice on the ball/sphere the longer you try to freeze it, the harder the ice is, and the ice will prevent the ball from rolling The roller may get stuck when you use it, and it will not roll smoothly. Can this product stay in the freezer permanently? Answer: You can do that. ***But we do not recommend that because it's not food, it's just a tool to massage Cold therapy is one of its features, you can also use it as a regular massage roller. Please leave it air dry instead of freezing it permanently when you don't use it. I hope it can help.

How freely should the ball roll around inside the plastic handle? When I roll it, it moves in one direction easier than the the other, but not easily.
